It just seems like Britney Spears can’t get a break these days. A day after losing custody of her kids to her ex-husband Kevin Federline news about a sex tape of Britney Spears gets uncovered. Apparently during a recent vacation in Hawaii Britney Spears hooked up with an unamed 28-year old man who is claiming he caught their one night stand on camera!

He told In Touch Weekly magazine, “It was just normal sex, we didn’t do anything crazy. It was a little disappointing. It lasted for about 25 minutes and then we passed out.”

According to the man he met Britney Spears on the Big Island of Hawaii at a bar on June 7, 2007 after which they went up to her suite at the Four Seasons hotel on the Kona Kohala Coast of the Big Island and had sex. He also admitted that Britney Spears had no idea that she was being filled during their one night stand sexcapade!

Rumors are flying all over the Internet reporting that a sex tape of Desperate Housewives star Eva Longaria is circulating on the web! The sex tape is reportedly of Eva Longoria and her NBA husband Tony Parker, and if the sex tape is genuine it will probably become the biggest celebrity sex tape since the Paris Hilton tape!

A Brazilian judge has ruled in favor of YouTube, Globo Comunicações e Participações, and Internet Group do Brasil (iG) this week in a case involving Brazilian model Daniella Cicarelli and a sex video. Cicarelli and her boyfriend, Tato Malzoni, had sued YouTube after a video of the couple having sex on a public beach in Brazil appeared on the site. The pair argued that YouTube was violating their privacy. Judge Gustavo Santini Teodoro ruled that the couple’s privacy claims were unfounded and ordered Cicarelli to pay fees to each of the defendants.

So first, she ordered pizza… 

The story starts with the Spanish paparazzi videotaping Cicarelli and Malzoni having sex on a beach in August of 2006. The video was subsequently leaked to several media sources and was eventually shown on the Spanish TV show Dolce Vita. One thing led to another, and the sexcapade eventually landed on YouTube, where its popularity was rivaled by other uploads of the same video. Such is the pattern for many things video these days.

Supposedly horrified, the couple began hurling legal threats at YouTube, despite YouTube’s continued attempts to remove the videos at the couple’s request. In an all-too-familiar twist, the sex video kept was continuously re-uploaded to the site by various users, and YouTube was unable to keep up. For all intents and purposes, this “sex on the beach” was like a bottomless cocktail, and the YouTube community was drunk on its sex appeal.

Eventually, a Brazilian judge stepped in and ruled in favor of the couple’s frustrations, going so far as to rule that Youtube be shutdown. Since Brazil lacks jurisdiction to accomplish that, the country tried the next best thing: blocking the site. As we discussed in a recent article, the ban didn’t last long, and that decision was overturned shortly thereafter. Still left unaddressed, however, was the question of whether or not YouTube could be held liable for any part of the skin-ematic event.

Teodoro’s ruling focused mostly on Cicarelli’s “good faith”—or lack thereof—in pushing the privacy case when her actions took place in public. In the Portuguese-language ruling seen by Ars Technica, Teodoro said that the couple made the claim in bad faith and tried to argue that coverage of their public sexual affair should somehow be treated as an invasion of their privacy. The judge ordered them to pay all court and lawyer costs, as well as R$10,000 (roughly US$5,000) to each of the defendants. It would appear that even in Brazil, sex in public is, well, public.

This isn’t the only victory YouTube has gained this week. The country of Thailand recently banned YouTube within the country due to “insulting” videos of Thailand’s King Bhumibol Adulyadej being uploaded to the site. Some of the videos depicted Adulyadej as a monkey, with others showed his image next to an image of feet (an action reportedly punishable by prison sentence, but Thai readers inform us that the King has never taken such action).

While representatives in the country decided not to sue Google after YouTube removed the offensive videos, the ban apparently remained intact up until this week, when Thailand’s Information and Communications Technology Minister Sitthichai Pookaiyaudom said that he will restore access to YouTube. As long as YouTube blocks “improper” content, he said, Thai viewers would be able to use the site again.

Rumors are flying all?over the Internet about a Lauren Conrad sex tape with ex-boyfriend Jason Wahler, both stars in the popular MTV show Laguna Beach. No footage of the sex tape has been seen yet, but according to a well-known adult DVD retailer a third-party claiming to have the tape has been shopping around for potential buyers of the sex tape. The adult online retailer has offered $500,000 dollars for exclusive rights to the Lauren Conrad sex tape.

Lauren Contrad did say that there was never a sex tape created of the two while they were doing the deed, but sources say that Jason Wahler is the party trying to get a buyer for the tape before serving 60 days in prison for getting into an altercation with a tow truck driver while drunk. Only time will tell if such a tape did exist!

The sex tape of Kim Kardashian and former boyfriend Ray J has been obtained by Vivid Entertainment and will be released on February 28.  Vivid has named the sex tape “Kim Kardashian Superstar” and has also created a website dedicated to the sex tape at www.kimsuperstar.com, which will contain additional footage which can’t be seen on the DVD.

The beautiful and curvaceous Ms. Kardashian, 26, was reported to have dated Ray J for about three years. She is a fashion retailer who co-owns the popular store “Dash” in Calabasas with her two sisters Kourtney and Khloe. She is the daughter of the late attorney Robert Kardashian, who defended O.J. Simpson in his murder trial. Her stepfather is 1976 Olympic decathlon gold medallist Bruce Jenner. Often covered by the entertainment and gossip press, Ms. Kardashian frequently attends Hollywood events with her celebrity pals, including best friend, Paris Hilton. Ms. Hilton made headlines a couple of years ago with her own sex tape.

Ray J, 26, began his career as a child actor playing the role of Dorian Long on “Moesha,” the popular UPN-TV series. Over the years his TV credits have included hosting of the BET shows “106 & Park” and “BET Countdown” plus playing the role of D-Mack on the UPN-TV show “One On One.” At age 14 he added singing to his talents. He is a best-selling independent hip-hop artist and his most recent hit is “One Wish” with the Knockout Entertainment label. In addition to Ms. Kardashian, his girlfriends have included Lil’ Kim and Whitney Houston.

When a sex tape of Daniela Cicarelli having sex in shallow water at the beach with her boyfriend was posted on YouTube Cicarelli and boyfriend Tato Malzoni filed to force YouTube to take down the video.  A Brazilian court ruled in their favor and ordered YouTube to remove the sex video and to be shutdown.  YouTube has since taken the video down from their site, but off course the video has been spread all over the internet by now, and we have the video.  The sex tape is pretty raw and steamy, of course you can’t really see any major nudity because Daniela Cicarelli was in the water with the boyfriend when having sex, but you can definitely see him pumping her, and Daniela getting off.  You can even see his dick at the end of the sex tape when they stand up in the shallow water when she starts adjusting her bikini.  Enjoy the Daniella Cicarelli sex tape video:
